POST-PRODUCTION
The final images should be natural and realistic without unnatural colors and lighting produced by HDR technique. I personally dedicate hours to manually blend the different exposures from the same angle in order to get the natural and the highest possible image quality. The results are the ones your property deserves. Retouching for Architecture/Hotel Photography includes:
- Basic Retouching
Abiding by the photographic norms, shooting in RAW format is indispensable, ensuring that intricate details are retained while delivering high-definition TIFF files. The journey of refinement begins in Lightroom, where I calibrate brightness, contrast, color balance, and undertake tasks like image straightening and cropping when necessary.
- High-end, Advanced Processing
This phase truly elevates the image, demanding utmost precision and dedication. Once primary enhancements are done, I transition the files to Photoshop and prepare anywhere between 10 to 60 layers for blending exposures and focus stacking. This involves carefully selecting the best parts from each exposure, merging them into one final image. This step also covers the removal of any distractions such as A/C vents, power sockets, fire and smoke sensors, and ceiling fixtures; smoothening bed linen, table cloths, fixing carpets and curtains, sky replacement, and skin retouching if models are present. Finally, my personal touch is added, which makes your images truly stand out, leaving a profound visual impact.
This is the driving reason behind my personal involvement in every post-processing task, ensuring that every image resonates with my dedicated touch. This hands-on approach provides me the leverage to exercise complete artistic discretion, guaranteeing that each delivered photograph epitomizes excellence.
